Return policy

  1. Eligibility for ReturnsYou may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.To be eligible, Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of damage (excluding manufacturing defects).Customized or personalized ceramic/thermal cups are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process
  • Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Package eligible Products securely, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outer package.
  • Ship the package to our designated return address (below). You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
  1. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Inspected within 2-3 business days of delivery to our warehouse.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method (3-5 business days for bank processing).
  • Exchanges: Replacement shipped once returned item is confirmed eligible.
  1. Damaged or Defective ProductsIf you receive a damaged or defective Product, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping fees.
